Tin Mine Cottage offers easy access to the wonderful Heartlands park site and the amenities of Camborne, as well as being an easy drive from sandy beaches, land's End, Truro and the Eden Project, making it a wonderful year-round holiday base.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request (no cot bedding provided). Stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking in front of cottage. Courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and fish and chip shop 8 mins walk. |

Camborne is a town in Cornwall, England. It is situated near to Carn Brea, Tolvaddon Downs, Troon, Crowan and Portreath and is one of over 250 towns and villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main cities are Truro (population 20,920), Plymouth (population 243,795), and Exeter (which has a population of 106,772 according to the 2001 Census).
Camborne is found in what was once one of the richest tin mining regions in the world, and it is also the home town of the famous Cornish engineer Richard Trevithick who was a pioneer in the development of the steam engine. His 'Puffing Devil' steam road locomotive famously climbed Camborne Hill on Christmas Eve 1801 - an historic moment, as this was the first passenger carrying self-propelled vehicle of its kind.
